Shipping and Returns

All packages are shipped via USPS with confirmation or UPS with tracking and insurance to insure the package reaches its destination safe and sound. The choice is yours... We do not charge a handling fee and there are no hidden fees that you will ever encounter. We do not try to profit from shipping in any way. USPS calculates the shipping depending on the weight of the package and the destination of the package. If you want to use Priority Flat Rate Mail, you will have to contact us. We can not offer those options on the website because people do not choose the correct flat rate box for the amount of product they purchase. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, provided that we do not have an emergency situation or something abnormal happens. We do NOT guarantee that your order will ship within 24 hours. This is the goal that we try hard to meet, and we normally do meet this goal 99.9% of the time.

Cut off time for the week is 9am on Friday. All orders placed after 9am on Friday will be put in the following Monday.

We do not try to profit from shipping in any way. USPS calculates the weight that we put in to produce the price that you are given. If you feel that the rates are unfair, please check out
If you still do not think the prices are fair after viewing the USPS website, please contact us. We will be more than happy to try and assist you with the issue. Our number one goal is to make your purchase as smooth and cheap as possible.

We do NOT allow returns on ANY purchases, unless it is something we shipped you by mistake, or if something was shipped that is damaged. We do stand behind our product and will make it right if it is something we need to make right. We do NOT accept returns on paracord just because you do not like the shade of a color in the paracord. We can send you up to 5 colors as a sample paracord, one time, to one address, free...if you want to see a certain color...

All packages are double checked and looked over well to ensure that there are no mistakes and that the paracord is in excellent condition before leaving our store. Please think twice before you try to lie about not receiving something. We now have cameras in the store that record ALL the packages being packed and the employees are instructed to initial the packing slips, then a leader has to check it off. If we really made the mistake of not putting the item(s) in your package, we WILL make it right.

There will be NO refunds for shipping for any reason.
